Branch Manager - Davenport, IA


Job Description


Responsible for the day-to-day management of company operations.  Candidate will exercise management principles to ensure profitability, control assets, adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures


  • Candidate must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills and be able to handle pressure as priorities change.  


  • Position requires excellent customer service skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions when needed.  


  • Candidate will be organized and able to investigate/resolve customer complaints/issues. 


  • Candidate will provide customer follow-up by phone, email or in person, as well as maintain organized records.


  • Candidate will assist with loading/unloading of both inbound and outbound freight.

  • Candidate will be responsible for managing personnel at this location.  

  • Position will maintain branch inventory levels, create/plan daily route for deliveries and maintain office/warehouse/showroom in a clean, professional manner.  

  • Candidate must be capable of building and maintaining business relationships with customers and employees. 

  • Position will communicate with corporate office to resolve all issues.  


Desired Skills and Experience:


The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience, preferably in a distribution environment. Position requires leadership/supervisor skills.
