VOICE MAIL SYSTEM

 

With Self’s “State-of-the-Art” Voice Mail System, access to our sales force is only a phone call away.  You can leave a message directly to your sales person to avoid any possible errors.  Just call 1-800-688-7353(SELF) or 1-316-267-0500.

  

 FREE FAX & 800 SERVICE

 

Self’s provides FREE phone service to all of our customers. 1-800-333-7353 (SELF), and 316-267-1295 ext. #1 will connect directly into our Customer Service department.

 

Self’s provides FREE FAX Service for all of our customers. If you would like to place your orders or request information by FREE FAX, 1-800-727-7353(SELF) & 316-267-2331 we will acknowledge your order by fax within 30 minutes. Please provide your fax number on your purchase order.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

We have a complete database of information in our computer so that our Customer Service personnel can answer your questions quickly and accurately.  We also have weekly educational meeting with our Customer Service people to better serve you.

 

FUTURE ORDERS: Self’s will hold any order for future shipments up to 45 days.  If after 45 days the material has not been delivered or picked up, we will cancel the order and return the material to stock.

 

All special order materials must be shipped and invoiced within 15 days from the date the material was received into our warehouse.

 

INVENTORY ACCURATE

 

Self’s prides themselves in being “Inventory Accurate”.  Self’s physically verifies part of the inventory every day, so when you call and our Customer Service personnel tell you we have the merchandise in stock, you KNOW it’s there.

 

DELIVERY

 

Self’s currently has a managed delivery system.  All orders received in our office by 12:00 Noon will be delivered in accordance with our scheduled delivery system.

  

NO FREIGHT CLAIMS

 

Damage or shortage in orders delivered via Self’s truck will be adjusted by credit or replacement, so there is no filing of freight claims!

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Any product you purchase from Self’s stock that is still a current running line item and still in its original container, and Self’s has at least 5 ctns of the same dye lot Self’s will accept the return within 60 days of invoice date.  No credit for material returned without our written permission. 20% or $45.00 minimum handling charge, whichever is greater on all returned material.  Any special order material authorized for return by the manufacturer, Self’s will only charge for the freight and 25% for the manufacturer restocking charge.  Please call our Return Authorization Manager at Ext. 143 for a return authorization number.  This number is necessary so we can insure proper credit when the merchandise reaches our warehouse.

 

CREDIT MEMOS

 

We promise to issue all credits as quickly as we send you our invoices.  If there is a pricing error, we will issue credit in the next day’s business.

 

If credit is due for return merchandise, we will issue credit within four working days of the date the merchandise is received in our warehouse.

 

Self’s feels credit memos should be HASSLE-FREE.
